I. Any person violating the provisions of this subdivision or of any ordinance, bylaw or rule made under the provisions of this subdivision shall be guilty of a violation.
II. The maximum fine for a violation of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 265:144, X shall be $35 for each occurrence.
III. The fine for a violation of N.H. Rev. Stat. § 265:143-a shall be $100.

Terms Used In New Hampshire Revised Statutes 265:153
- bylaw: when used in reference to legislative action taken by a city, town, county or village district shall have the same meaning as an ordinance and shall be subject to the same procedures for enactment. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 21:45
- Person: shall mean the same as provided in N. See New Hampshire Revised Statutes 259:74
