- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A member or prospective member of the medical staff or a person who serves or is being considered for a position as a medical director of services or departments in the district is a public officer or employee for purposes of Section 551.074, Government Code.
