A. The driver of a motor vehicle traveling on a downgrade shall not coast with the gears of the vehicle in neutral.

  • Commercial motor vehicle: means a motor vehicle or combination of vehicles that is designed, used or maintained to transport passengers or property in the furtherance of a commercial enterprise, that is a commercial motor vehicle as defined in section 28-5201 and that is not exempt from gross weight fees as prescribed in section 28-5432, subsection B.   • Driver: means a person who drives or is in actual physical control of a vehicle. See Arizona Laws 28-101
