• Board: means the school facilities oversight board. See Arizona Laws 41-5701
• Division: means the division of school facilities within the department of administration. See Arizona Laws 41-5701
• HVAC system: means the equipment, distribution network and terminals that provide, either collectively or individually, the process of heating, ventilation or air conditioning to a building. See Arizona Laws 41-5831
• Process: means a citation, writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See Arizona Laws 1-215
• School activity hours: means the time of day in which students or school personnel occupy school facilities. See Arizona Laws 41-5831
