The clerk of the local agency shall cause the notice, protest, and hearing procedures to comply with Section 53753. The mailed notice shall also contain the name and telephone number of the person designated by the legislative body to answer inquiries regarding the protest proceedings.

  • Answer: The formal written statement by a defendant responding to a civil complaint and setting forth the grounds for defense.
