The legislative body may provide limitations on:
(a) The purpose to which the proceeds of sale of any issue of bonds may be applied.
Terms Used In California Government Code 50667.3
- Legislative body: means the city council in the case of a city, and the board of supervisors in the case of a county. See California Government Code 50665.1
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
(b) The issuance of additional bonds for the same purpose and on the lien of additional bonds.
