The Division of Child Support Services of this State is recognized as the agency designated by the United States central authority to perform specific functions under the Convention.
Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 13 Sec. 6-703
- Child: means a person who has not reached the age of 18 years. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
- State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 1 Sec. 302
