It shall be unlawful for any provider, by means of a false statement or representation, or by concealment of, or failure to disclose any material fact, or by any other fraudulent scheme or device on behalf of the provider or others to obtain or attempt to obtain payments or any other property, under any public assistance program established by the State to which the provider is not entitled, in whole or in part.

  • Provider: shall mean a person who is enrolled and who renders goods or services for which payment is made, in whole or in part, under a public assistance program. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 5807
  • Public assistance program: shall mean the medical assistance program of the State. See Delaware Code Title 29 Sec. 5807
  • State: means the State of Delaware; and when applied to different parts of the United States, it includes the District of Columbia and the several territories and possessions of the United States. See Delaware Code Title 6 Sec. 4307
