Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 11312
- Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
An action for relief not otherwise provided for must be commenced within four (4) years after the cause of action shall have accrued.
