Terms Used In Indiana Code 12-17.2-5-17
- Guardian: A person legally empowered and charged with the duty of taking care of and managing the property of another person who because of age, intellect, or health, is incapable of managing his (her) own affairs.
Sec. 17. Unscheduled visits by a custodial parent or guardian of a child shall be permitted at any time the child care home is in operation.
