- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 0.5. The party bearing the burden of proof in a proceeding under this chapter must prove the party’s case by clear and convincing evidence.
