Terms Used In Iowa Code 237A.6
- Administrator: means the administrator of the division of the department designated by the director to administer this chapter. See Iowa Code 237A.1
- Department: means the department of human services. See Iowa Code 237A.1
- Director: means the director of human services. See Iowa Code 237A.1
- person: means individual, corporation, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership or association, or any other legal entity. See Iowa Code 4.1
The department shall, and the director of public health may provide consultative services to a person applying for a license or registration, or licensed or registered by the administrator under this chapter.
