- Minor: means any person defined by Kan. See Kansas Statutes 77-201
In addition to those requirements, where applicable, as set out in the provisions of Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-2111 through 59-2124, Kan. Stat. Ann. §§ 59-2126 through 59-2136 shall apply to adoptions of minor children.
