The Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans is hereby authorized to issue short-term revenue notes in the manner provided by Chapter 15-A of Title 39 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 and subject to the provisions of La. Rev. Stat. 33:4096(B) and La. Rev. Stat. 33:4121(B).
