1. Immediately after the petition has been filed, the clerk in whose office the petition has been filed shall give notice by causing publication to be made once a week for four consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in the county in which is situate the real property of the district, the last insertion to be made at least fifteen days prior to the first day of the next regular term of the circuit court at which the petition is to be heard.

2. The notice shall be substantially in the following form and it shall be deemed sufficient for all purposes of sections 249.760 to 249.810.
