Any person who violates any of the provisions of this act N.M. Stat. Ann. § 25-5-1 to 25-5-9 or the orders, rules or regulations promulgated by the board under authority thereof, shall upon conviction thereof be subjected to fine for each and every offense, in a sum not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00) or to imprisonment, not to exceed ninety days.
