ORS § 106.300 to 106.340 may be cited as the Oregon Family Fairness Act. [2007 c.99 § 1]

106.300 to 106.340 were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS Chapter 106 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
