- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
For purposes of this chapter, “attempted child abduction” does not include an attempted abduction in which the actor was a relative, as defined by § 20.01, Penal Code, of the person intended to be abducted.
