Terms Used In Texas Human Resources Code 36.106
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person other than the state may not intervene or bring a related action based on the facts underlying a pending action brought under this subchapter.
