Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 2103.002
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person playing a recording requiring the payment of a licensing or performing fee may rely on the information on the label of the recording for paying or accounting for the fees unless notice that complies with Section 2103.005 is given to the person.
