Terms Used In Texas Occupations Code 2103.003
- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
An assignment or transfer of the rights to a licensing or performing fee for a recording is not binding on a person playing the recording unless a notice that complies with Section 2103.005 is given to the person.
