- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person subject to regulation by the Railroad Commission of Texas is not required to obtain a license under this chapter if the person transports or stores in the course of the person’s business a music or skill or pleasure coin-operated machine not owned by the person.
