  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • Comptroller: means the state comptroller of public accounts. See Texas Government Code 312.011

A registration certificate holder shall notify the comptroller of a change in the location of a coin-operated machine registered under this subchapter by filing an amendment to the registration certificate with the comptroller not later than the 10th day after the date of the change.
