- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
A person must be charged a fee in an amount not to exceed $20 for a duplicate license issued by the commissioner and for any requested change to a license.
