- Person: includes corporation, organization, government or governmental subdivision or agency, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, and any other legal entity. See Texas Government Code 311.005
In this subchapter, “hotel” means a business, including an inn or rooming house, that furnishes food, lodging, or both food and lodging to a person applying and paying for the service.
