Terms Used In Texas Property Code 53.234
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Month: means a calendar month. See Texas Government Code 312.011
The lien claimant must give notice not later than the 15th day of the second month following the month in which the labor was performed or the material furnished.
