Terms Used In Texas Property Code 57.006
- Lien: A claim against real or personal property in satisfaction of a debt.
- Property: means real and personal property. See Texas Government Code 311.005
Holders of other liens on the same property are not necessary parties to a suit to foreclose a lien under this chapter but may intervene in the suit.
