53G-3-305. Redistricting — Local school board membership.

(1)	Upon the creation of a new school district, the applicable legislative body shall redistrict the affected school districts in accordance with Section 20A-14-201.

new school district: means a school district created under Section 53G-3-301 or 53G-3-302. See Utah Code 53G-3-102

(2)	Except as provided in Section 53G-3-302, local school board membership in the affected school districts shall be determined under 2.
