79-7-501. Definitions. As used in this part:

“Initiative” means the Recreation Coordinated Investment Initiative created in this part. |

- Initiative: means the Recreation Coordinated Investment Initiative created in this part. See Utah Code 79-7-501
- State: when applied to the different parts of the United States, includes a state, district, or territory of the United States. See Utah Code 68-3-12.5

“Outdoor recreation infrastructure” includes:
| (a) |
a trail, trail head infrastructure, signage, and crossing infrastructure for both nonmotorized and motorized recreation; |
| (b) |
a campground or day-use recreation site; |
| (c) |
water recreation infrastructure, including a pier, dock, or boat ramp; and |
| (d) |
outdoor recreation facilities that are accessible to visitors with disabilities. |

| (3) |
“Public lands” includes local, state, and federal lands. |
