The statement shall be published annually, not more than 120 days after the close of each fiscal year. The local agency shall furnish a copy of the statement to any bondholder upon request.

Terms Used In California Government Code 50669.2

  • Fiscal year: The fiscal year is the accounting period for the government. For the federal government, this begins on October 1 and ends on September 30. The fiscal year is designated by the calendar year in which it ends; for example, fiscal year 2006 begins on October 1, 2005 and ends on September 30, 2006.
  • Local agency: means any county, city, or city and county, including a chartered city, or special district, including a school district. See California Government Code 50665.1
