Commencing January 1, 2019, a health care service plan shall prorate an enrollee‘s cost sharing for a partial fill of a prescription dispensed pursuant to § 4052.10 of the Business and Professions Code. This section shall only apply to oral, solid dosage forms of prescription drugs.
