A mobile unit may operate as one of the following:
(a) As an adjunct to a licensed health facility or to a licensed clinic.
Terms Used In California Health and Safety Code 1765.115
- mobile unit: means a special purpose commercial coach as defined in Section 18012. See California Health and Safety Code 1765.105
(b) As an independent-freestanding clinic pursuant to Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 1200).
(c) As an “other” type of approved mobile unit.
