- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
The Public Utility Agency Wastewater Fund shall expire as of June 30,
1985, after which time, no further advances or grants shall be made. In addition, balances within the Fund at the date shall be returned to the Unappropriated Surplus of the General Fund. Loans outstanding at that date shall be repaid in the manner prescribed by contract, except that payment shall be made to the Treasurer of Guam and deposited in the General Fund account. The Chief Officer of the Public Utility Agency of Guam shall at that time relinquish all records of the Fund to the Director of Administration who shall be responsible for same and collection of loans outstanding.
