CH. 48 TOILET FACILITIES AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL
(a) Any person who violates any sewage disposal provision of this Chapter, or any rule or regulation in force pursuant thereto, or who refuses or neglects to comply with any lawful order issued by the Administrator in the carrying out of the provisions of this Chapter, shall be guilty of misde- meanor and subject on account thereof to a fine not to exceed $1,000. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
