Terms Used In Indiana Code 10-19-11-9

  • in writing: include printing, lithographing, or other mode of representing words and letters. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(2) produces, uses, stores, sells, or otherwise disposes of radioactive materials;

in violation of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor. Each day a violation continues, after notification in writing of the offense by the department, constitutes a separate offense.
