- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
The enrollment option plan shall include specific standards for the acceptance or rejection of student applications. If an application is rejected, the district shall state in the notification the reason for the rejection.
