- School facilities: means only those facilities defined as 'school facilities' in § 59-144-30. See South Carolina Code 59-146-30
The proceeds received from the issuance of state school facilities bonds, after deducting the costs of issuance, must be allocated to the school districts in the same manner and for the same purposes as provided in § 59-144-100 and the first paragraph of § 59-144-30.
