Terms Used In Texas Education Code 19.001
- Justice: when applied to a magistrate, means justice of the peace. See Texas Government Code 312.011
In this chapter:
(1) “Board” means the Texas Board of Criminal Justice.
(2) “Department” means the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
