Terms Used In Texas Property Code Chapter 66 - Sale of Property Subject to Oil or Gas Lease

  • Fee simple: Absolute title to property with no limitations or restrictions regarding the person who may inherit it.
  • Foreclosure: A legal process in which property that is collateral or security for a loan may be sold to help repay the loan when the loan is in default. Source: OCC
