Terms Used In Florida Statutes 876.35

  • person: includes individuals, children, firms, associations, joint adventures, partnerships, estates, trusts, business trusts, syndicates, fiduciaries, corporations, and all other groups or combinations. See Florida Statutes 1.01
If two or more persons shall combine to levy war against any part of the people of this state, or to remove them forcibly out of this state, or to remove them from their habitations to any other part of the state by force, or shall assemble for that purpose, every person so offending shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
