Terms Used In Missouri Laws 163.013
- State: when applied to any of the United States, includes the District of Columbia and the territories, and the words "United States" includes such district and territories. See Missouri Laws 1.020
Any school offering kindergarten and also offering transportation under section 167.231 shall receive state aid for kindergarten students under the same formula as prescribed by law under section 163.031.
