Terms Used In North Carolina General Statutes > Chapter 130A > Article 22 - A Terrorist Incident Using Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical Agents

  • Beneficiary: A person who is entitled to receive the benefits or proceeds of a will, trust, insurance policy, retirement plan, annuity, or other contract. Source: OCC
